Conflict of Interest Policy

In an effort to improve Breadline’s governance, accountability and transparency, the Board has put in place documented procedures for Board members to declare actual or potential conflicts of interests on a regular and need-to basis. Board members are also required to abstain themselves from participating in any decision making matters where there is a potential conflict of interest. All Board members and volunteers are in compliance with Breadline’s Conflict of Interest Policy.
